Ina Garten is known as a well-known American writer of cook books for a number of decades. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa and began its run in 2002. Ina started her career at the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents and also the budget. She initially adored the intellectual stimulation of her job, but eventually, she began to lose interest. Instead, she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. It was a huge success for 18 years before she decided to sell it. After that, she started the first book. A number of other cookbooks and magazine columns came later. She also appeared on the Food Network TV show also debuted with great success. Additionally, she offers everything from cooking equipment to items and even containers. Ina is a self-taught cook that hasn't attended a cooking school and has never employed in the kitchen. Her name is associated with her casual approach to cooking and entertaining. Her most popular recipes include the lemon chicken that she grills in a skillet, Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
